If you’re getting ready to visit our dental office for the first time, then we can’t wait to meet you, and we hope it’s the beginning of a long and fulfilling relationship. We want you to be completely prepared and know what to expect before you walk through our doors so you can have the most positive experience possible, so we recommend taking a moment to read through the information below. Your First Visit
After being greeted and checked in by our front desk team, you’ll be escorted to the back where you’ll meet your dentist. They’ll briefly chat with you about your medical and dental history before taking some X-rays and giving you a thorough oral exam. Using their observations and the images, your dentist will discuss any issues they’ve found and go over your treatment options. Once your questions have been answered, you’ll be brought back to the front desk so you can schedule your next appointment.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is certainly helpful when it comes to making dental care more affordable, but actually using it can be quite confusing! Thankfully, our team is ready to make maximizing your benefits nice and easy. We accept virtually all PPO dental insurance plans, and we can also answer any questions you might have about your coverage and will even file the claims on your behalf. In-Office Dental Plan
If you currently don’t have dental insurance, then our In-Office Discount Dental Plan offers a great option to help you get more and spend less when it comes to your family’s dental care. Our plan offers many of the same benefits as traditional insurance (free exams and cleanings, discounts on restorative and cosmetic services), but it doesn’t include the typical annoyances like deductibles, yearly maximums, or endless forms. Online Patient Forms
To help you save a few extra minutes in our waiting room, all of our forms can now be filled out entirely online ahead of your visit. Click the link below, enter in the appropriate information, and click “Submit” when you’re finished. The forms will be sent directly to our dental office, and we’ll be able to check you in to see your dentist with little to no wait!
